Carol Ball
BSc (Hons), Registered General Nurse (RGN), Advanced Nurse Practioner (ANP), Dermatological Nurse. Member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN)
I have always been passionate about providing my patients with the best possible healthcare. I qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1990, and after building my dermatological skills, I became a Nurse Practitioner, specialising in minor surgery and skin complaints. This is a passion that has stayed with me throughout the years. Having worked in General Practice since 2008, I have worked with a wide range of skin conditions and ailments. I am devoted to looking after my patients and promoting skin care which results in my patients seeing themselves in a positive and more confident light. Seeing these results through my patients has only fueled my drive to help more people achieve the results they desire.
As a BACN member and in the throes of joining JCCP and Save Face we aim to protect 18 and under and will not complete filler or wrinkle treatments to this age group. Please do not be offended if you are looking young enough to have your photo ID requested.
As a registered nurse, Carol is a registered member of the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) - this has a requirement for revalidation every 3 years and a re-register every 12 months. She is also a registered member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses. This means that her practice is always up to date with the latest guidelines and research on evidence-based practices. This ultimately provides you with an effective, safe and professional service.
Carol constantly keeps herself up to date by attending conferences, courses and reading appropriate literature - putting herself at the forefront of new techniques and treatments in this ever-expanding speciality.
